Once your new home or remodeling project begins, we will provide you with a general timeline and will be scheduling periodic meetings with you to maintain open communications. We strive to keep you informed and involved in your building or remodeling project every step of the way to ensure a complete understanding of expectations.

 

Once construction has been completed, we will conduct a final walk-through with you to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. We also will review all of the new systems, materials and products in your home for proper operation and care.

 

All our work carries a one-year home improvement and a two year warranty on plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
